"Blaumaņa Residence" is a premium-class residential development located in the historic centre of Riga, combining cultural heritage architecture, modern engineering solutions, and high-quality finishes. The project consists of three residential buildings — History, Literature, and Architecture.
As the general contractor, we provided full-cycle construction and reconstruction management services, coordinating every stage of the project’s implementation — from the integration of technical solutions to the delivery of high-quality workmanship and the successful commissioning of the development.
Each six-storey building features thoughtfully designed and highly functional apartments ranging in size from 34 to 154 square metres. The apartments are delivered with full interior finishing, carefully balancing the building’s historic character with contemporary standards of comfort. The interiors incorporate premium-quality materials, natural textures, timber finishing elements, parquet flooring, and high-end sanitary ware.
The project included the complete installation of engineering systems, electrical works, window and door installation, as well as the implementation of modern elevator systems and energy-efficient technical solutions.
