"Schoolhouse Loft" is a unique residential redevelopment project located in the heart of Riga on the historic Čaka Street. Originally constructed in 1913 to accommodate a vocational sewing school, the building has been transformed through a comprehensive renovation into a modern business-class residential development while preserving its authentic architectural character and historical identity.

As the general contractor, we provided full-cycle construction and reconstruction management services, delivering complex renovation solutions in line with contemporary standards of quality and comfort. The project included the complete replacement of engineering networks, restoration of structural elements, electrical installation works, installation of elevator systems, and the improvement of common areas and the surrounding territory.

The building comprises 51 fully finished business-class apartments, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and duplex units with private terraces. Apartment sizes range from 33 to 83 square metres, while ceiling heights in selected units reach up to 6 metres.

Particular attention was devoted to preserving the building’s architectural details and incorporating premium-quality materials throughout the redevelopment. The historic staircases and entrance lobby were carefully restored, maintaining the building’s original character while seamlessly integrating modern technical solutions and contemporary comfort features.

The apartment interiors feature high-quality finishing materials, designer elements, and premium-class fittings and equipment. Large windows and thoughtfully designed layouts provide abundant natural light and create highly functional living spaces.

"Schoolhouse Loft" combines the charm of Riga’s historic architecture with the quality and convenience of modern living, creating a sustainable and aesthetically refined residential environment in the city centre.
