Estimator

Requirements:

Secondary specialized or higher education in construction
Experience in a similar position and understanding of construction cost estimation processes
Ability to prepare cost calculations and project budgets
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, BIM
Fluent Latvian; English and Russian are considered an advantage
Ability to independently organize work, analyze information, and adapt to changing priorities
High attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and quotations
Calculation of materials, equipment, and labor resources
Analysis of supplier and subcontractor offers
Preparation of comparison tables and cost analysis
Preparation of estimation documentation in accordance with regulations
Economic calculations based on selected technical solutions
Preparation of reports and analytical summaries for management

Certified Construction
Site Manager

Requirements:

Higher education in construction and valid site manager certification
Proven experience managing medium and large construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction regulations and legal framework
Experience working with BIS system
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, BIM
Fluent Latvian; English and Russian are an advantage
Category B driving license
Occupational safety certificate is an advantage
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
High responsibility, accuracy, and punctuality

Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, and managing construction processes on site
Developing work schedules and monitoring execution
Ensuring compliance with project documentation, regulations, and quality standards
Controlling deadlines, quality, and financial flows during construction
Planning resources, ordering materials, and managing deliveries
Supervising subcontractors and site personnel
Maintaining construction documentation and ensuring timely submission to BIS
Cooperation with state and municipal institutions
Ensuring occupational safety compliance on site
Reporting regularly to management

Requirements:

Higher education in construction (site manager certification is an advantage)
Experience in construction project management
Knowledge of construction regulations
Ability to plan, organize, and supervise construction processes
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, BIM, BIS, EDLUS
Experience in BIM project management is an advantage
Fluent Latvian; English and Russian are an advantage
Strong decision-making and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Planning and controlling project budgets
Preparing and monitoring construction schedules
Managing project execution across all stages
Coordinating architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Engaging subcontractors and ensuring quality, deadlines, and compliance
